We are in the beginning stages of my case, so so far so good. All questions, I've had QDRODesk have been helpful with the answers.

The online experience is great, however, I submitted two phone calls and two emails with no response.

If you have all your documents ready, it's pretty easy to complete yourself. Customer service is very helpful and answered all my questions.

They were quick in responding to me. I had paid an attorney over $1200 to prepare a QDRO and it. Was prepared incorrectly.

Just finished answering questions and submitted for review. Have not had to contact for questions as of yet.

It would be nice if there were more access to a live person. The website was easy to maneuver but the questions posed a problem when you're not sure of the answers yet have no one to ask. There should be a link that allows you stop, click on link an speak with a representative.

I used this application and found it to be very easy to use and well crafted for the purpose. Leaving the app and returning at a later date to complete information was also easily done. It also provided explanation of terms, and showed examples of calculations where necessary. I also feel confident in the fact that the staff & company associates are well legally qualified should I have questions or request a document review. This is a great app for the do- it- yourself practitioner.
