Honestly, when I first read about your services, I didn't realize that you did not file with the courts; thought you were an on-line law firm, until I paid and started answering the question. As for the questions, most were simple to answer but I did have a few that I wasn't sure on how to answer them so I needed to contact your customer service line. It seems that I had to do more of the research when it came to my state rules/regulations. In general though, the service provided was very good; I did like the reports produced and the review process offered.

Great service!! It gave me a list of questions (beforehand) that would be asked during the QDRO generating process. Knowing the questions that would be asked, helped me get all the information ready. This helped me fill out the QDRO with no delays. Using their service was a very, very easy and painless process! I'm also pleased to see this was cost $ efficient compared to the ridiculous price attorney's charge when you go directly to them for QDRO services.

QdroDesk provided me all the explanations required to allow me to complete the form rather easily. I would recommend.

This one-size-fits-all price is unfair. I left a message with qdrodesk. Five days later, I have not heard back from them. Frankly, it was not until after paying the money that I realized that qdrodesk was overpriced. Part of the setup is to ripoff. My qdro is simple, and so I was disappointed to find that the qdro made from qdrodesk.com wasn't rocket science; I could have just created one from the sample that my retirement system posted on their website. A,lawyer would not have charged me this much for so little.
