I was really impressed that when I called for help, my call was answered immediately. I was anticipating being on hold for hours and was very pleased that was not the case. Also, the person that helped me was very professional and didn't make me feel like I was asking stupid questions.

Up to this point, the process has been very workable and user friendly. I am submitting the prepared QDRO to the administer for approval before submitting to the court for entry. Providing the administrator approves, I am very pleased with the process. This QDRO involved only an IRA, which I am sure is easier that a pension or more complicated Plan. Thank you

The QDRO process went fairly smooth and the help text along the way really assisted in understanding the terminology. QDRO creation was fairly easy.

The Information regarding QDROs was very insiteful. I had already spent 3x that amount with persons online and paid calls to them who literatly did nothing and gave me false information. The booklet was excellent. I'm not sure of my outcome but I feel better about trying to get the QDRO funds from a 20 year marriage. Sandy

The system is not clear on when to do what. The out put is sloppy and does not print pleading paper. Going back to change anything seems to be difficult at best. Have to log on again to do it. It is definitely not worth the $299.00 that they charge and they mandate that it be paid before you can see the finished product. I will not use it again.

So Far So Easy. Hoping it will proceed as well as the documents !
