Easy to work with. The only issue I had was I drafted two QDROs using 2 different credit card numbers - I used my email address for both of the userids I had to create to do this. When I needed to update the first QDRO and forgot my password, the system would only allow me to retrieve the password for the 2nd userid I created. That was an issue that I resolved over the phone with Pension Appraisers. Also, in my experience userids are not usually case sensitive but apparently they are with this program. I believe that was probably the issue with my not knowing the password - I had not entered the userid correctly....

The forms/questions were easy to answer and guidelines were given to help explain any question that could be problematic.

This site is very user friendly, especially for someone like me who is not as savvy on the computer as others might be! The process was very well organized, easy to understand and simple to complete. I found the instructions and explanations easy to understand and very easy to follow!
