We just dropped $20k for the divorce and weren't really in the mood to spend another $1000 for a lawyer to draft the QDRO (a single document). I called the number and the woman I spoke to was very helpful. My main concern was how to get the QDRO submitted to the court, which she assisted with helpful info. I paid for the service and accessed the online questionnaire. I'm a web developer and I'm very sensitive to web apps that don't work well. I was quite satisfied with their web app, which even provided instructions specific to my state, and collected the information to generate the QDRO. I still need to get my ex-wife's agreement to the document and submit it to the court and brokerage to split up my 401k, but so far I am very happy with QDROdesk. Saved us about $700.

To try and keep this short. READ the directions carefully, have your needed info handy. As you are going through the questions take your time. I wish I'd known about this site last year, it would have saved me time and money, but better late than never. So yes, 5 stars people. Its just that helpful.

This was very easy to go through. If you have questions you can call to get the answers. We are still waiting for them to review and let us know if we need to correct anything. They go through a 9 point check to make sure. We requested it be delivered by mail and we and saved it on the computor.

This is the second time that I used your services. I first used QDRO Desk when I settled my Annuity and this time was for my Pension settlement. Both experiences were virtually anxiety free and a representative from QDRO Desk was extremely helpful each time. I highly recommend QDRO Desk!

I had terrible experiences and lost approximately $500.00 counsultation and retainer fees...
