The item I ordered was delivered damaged. Not the box but the item securely placed in the box. I requested a refund, they agreed and sent a shipping label. I sent it back and they gave me a refund authorization number number. I was told a refund was in process. After almost a month I still didn't have my refund and they stopped answering my emails. I had to request a dispute on my card to get the money back. I will never use this company again.

Worst company ever Ive been scammed purchase squatz bord defective device when I received it ! Called this company over 15xs had to change my number to get through when I did lady named Ivory gave me the run around refusing to let me speak to her supervisor! Also avoided my request for refund until my refund date passed ! Refuse to send new squatz bord this lady asked me to pay to ship it back and its under warranty! Ordered a pyle radio last December from eBay, supposed to have three year warranty, contacted pyle usa only to find out i have to pay to send the DEFECTIVE THING BACK TO them model plts78dub, well they sent another new one and right out of the box, PROBLEMS! EVIDENTLY ANOTHER "PYLE" OF JUNK! HALF THE TIME IT WON'T LOAD A CD, IT WILL GO IN BUT NOT PLAY, QUALITY CONTROL MUST NOT EXIST! AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE WARRANTY DOESN'T CARRY OVER, SINCE THEY REPLACED THE OTHER ONE WITH A NEW ONE ( PIECE OF PYLE JUNK!) SO NOW I HAVE TWO JUNKYARD RADIOS! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER PYLE PRODUCT AFTER THIS RIDICULOUS TRIP!! EVIDENTLY THEY EITHER HAVE A BAD BATCH OR THEY ARE JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLE PIECES OF JUNK! THEY NEED TO HAVE THEIR TECH TEAM ( IF THEY EVEN HAVE ONE) EXAMINE THIS MODEL AND SEE WHAT THE FLAW IS, JUST ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Very displeased with the new replacement unit! It's a DUD TOO!!

Regarding the issue with changing the unit, you can switch from kg to lbs by locating the small plastic UNIT button underneath the scale and pressing it until it displays lbs.
