I have had decent success with some pyle products in the past. But I recently purchased a wireless PA microphone for $75. Pulled it out and tried to use it. The wireless headset worked fine, but the handheld microphone did not. I reached out to customer service, they said it sounded like it was faulty and said they would send out a replacement right away. I would just need to return the current item. I sent it back, with no email confirming they sent out a replacement. After 2 weeks, I reached out again about when the replacement would come, and they said they are now looking at my unit, and will determine whether it will be fixed or a replacement sent. That is not what the representative told me and I have email proof. I told them i am sick of waiting and i want a refund for the item. Well, now after a month and ignoring my refund request, they say there is nothing wrong with it and they are sending it back. I will probably now get a used unit, instead of the new one I paid for, and I am furious that they are ignoring my request. Do not buy, there products are junk. There customer service is terrible, and the warranty techs do not know what they are doing. Stay away at all costs!!

The receiver is not compatible with the Firestick remote for volume control, making it a pain to constantly be switching remotes. And if I use the HDMI port on the receiver for the Firestick, there is no picture on the tv even though all the settings are correct. I requested a callback and chat with customer service and no one has ever responded.
