Fast response to my email. Rachel was helpful, courteous. She explained the steps to take to determine the right replacement part for my paddleboard and sent me detailed instructions. I was able to order a replacement the same day.

Warning: Unfixable after warranty due to zero spare parts policy
I received the NutriChef NCVK9112BWH composter as a gift. It has now completely failed due, I think, to a faulty Hall switch. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed that they do not offer any repair services or supply internal replacement parts. A simple component failure means this entire expensive, "eco-friendly" appliance has to be thrown away into landfill. Avoid buying if you expect post-warranty support or repairability.

Avoid PyleUSA
Avoid PyleUSA. Bought a PPRE70BT Preamp and the right channel died. After sending photos, receipt, and video proof of the failure, Pyle Support told me I have to pay out-of-pocket shipping to send their defective unit back, plus wait 6-8 WEEKS just for an inspection. They refuse to cover shipping for their own hardware failure. Save your money and buy from a brand that stands behind their gear.
