Really fast ordering and delivery. Would suggest using thicker cardboard boxes to ship product in, the cardboard is so thin, it doesn't take much delivery service handling to smash the cardboard in. No product was damaged enough in the boxes to return, but the inner cartons that held the megaphones were tore and scratched. All the outer cartons showed damage. Outer packaging to light duty for normal UPS/FEDEX shipping.

I reached out to Pyle about a wiring harness for a marine unit I bought second hand (still in the box) and honestly didn't expect much. As the unit isn't in production anymore, this wasn't an easy request. When I reached out, I promptly got a reply from the CSR that seemed to actually care about my needs. I got updates until the harness arrived. I've been a fan of Pyle for years - even more so now. Clear sound, good prices, and the best customer service around!

I ordered speakers online but the sound quality and wiring setup weren't what I was expecting so I asked to return the product. Jellou on the support team was wonderful, helpful and timely with helping get the process done!

I am very pleased with the Pyle speaker I purchased. It is compact and light, so it is easy to transport from gig to gig, and it sounds really good. I’m using it as a monitor in my setup, and it’s perfect for that. At first, I had two problems, but with help from Marlon in customer support, they were resolved quickly and easily. When first turning on the speaker, it would loudly say “Power On” followed by “Bluetooth Connected.” But when I contacted customer support—who responded within a day—Marlon told me to hold down the mode button while staring up the speaker. Boom, that fixed it! Thanks Marlon! Anyway, I really like this speaker 😊

I have been using Pyle Flextreme headphones for well over a dozen years. They remain the finest underwater headphones I have tried. The sound is as good as it gets. They are highly sensitive instruments that have their quirks and one must get used to them, with trial and error and a bit of patience. But I stand behind them completely. I have two sets. One is about ten years old and I keep a playlist of favorite songs on it. The other, the new one, is for specific selections that I want to hear at the time. Also, having a second pair in the gym bag assures you have at least one if you forget the other or need to charge it. The new one worked for a short time, but eventually gave out with a sharp crackle. Then it only worked intermittently. I contacted customer service and first was asked to try several solutions, but it was not to be. Then they asked for a little video to see and hear how the problem "played" out. This may seem like an extreme amount of verification, but I understand because I still could have been doing something wrong. I would imagine that they deal with many customers unfamiliar with the quirks and subtleties of the Flextreme and get frustrated until they figure out the way to finesse them. The people could not have been more kind and understanding. I had purchased the set on the Pyle site so the receipt was right there. I returned them and the replacement has worked fine for weeks now. Once again, the pool is alive with the sound of music -- at least in my headphones!

What made my experience great is the service the staff provide with the warranty issue I had. Especially Maron Joson this person made me come back and buy again. However , I am truly disappointed in the fact that product I bought a set of 4 pyle wireless mics failed and the company no longer supports that product. The product had good wireless range and clear sound. However, they made it right I was given a store credit and purchase the new line of mics they have. Also the web techs need to fix the product registration page it sucks. It fails to register your product. Other than that I had A+ experience. Thank you Marlon Joson.
