Beware, remote does not work
I bought a Pyle amplifier through Amazon. When I moved I tried to use the enclosed remote with the base. The remote control did not have an on/off button. I have never seen a remote without an on/off button. I requested a remote that worked. Was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. Had several conversations with support. not very helpful. I do not review too often, but I feel prospective customers should be aware of the lack of support after the sale. I do not feel it was a warranty issue, it was a product issue. How much does a remote that costs to send to a customer. There many positive things I could say about the product, but I choose not to, just like customer service
