Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

Have patience with delivery process. Otherwise Nice quality, great customer service..
They come through just give them a couple weeks for delivery. Customer service is helpful as well with following up. The quality of the puzzles are very bright and clear with some uniquely themed pieces to go with each different puzzle. I'd recommend them!

Excellent customer service to address an issue
I received the incorrect puzzle in a wooden puzzle box and as soon as I contacted customer service, Anna confirmed the issue and ordered the correct puzzle be shipped to me. No hassles and immediate service.

Well made and adorable
I saw these adorable puzzles on Facebook and decided to order a few for Christmas gifts. I placed the order December 8th and received them December 24th. Right on time luckily! They arrived each in their own plastic case with a printout of a picture of the puzzle. I cannot wait until I see them completed. I would definitely order again!!

Great puzzles, with a coupla BUTs
We have enjoyed our puzzleup puzzles very much. Great quality, beautiful images, vibrant colors. But . . . Is it really necessary to used the GOING OUT OF BUSINESS marketing ploy? LAST DAY!!! DEEP DISCOUNTS!? Though, I hafta say it worked on me. Twice, in fact. So, I guess I can’t blame you. More about the puzzles themselves: - The pieces are reeeeally tiny, so the puzzles are not a good gift for little kids. - The pieces are so small that they’re difficult to manipulate, so they may not be great for elderly folks. My arthritis in my hands isn’t bad (yet), but I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be able to do the puzzles. That said, my wife and I have enjoyed doing the puzzles we have.

Puzzlesup contacted me and told me that my order had been found. They were shipping it out and gave me a tracking number. I appreciate them fixing the problem and want to thank them. I'm looking forward to getting my puzzles because I think they are beautiful.
