Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

I placed an order on 12/30/2024, and another two orders on 12/31/2024 with promises for a swift delivery. They have not arrived yet 14 days later, and no response from customer service after my concern. I don't know if I can trust this company.

Purchased a bunch of these before Christmas for gifts. Have never had one before but thought it would be good for all ages, and it was. What a hit, everyone loved it. My wife and i did every puzzle twice before gifting. The pictures, the detail in the piece shapes, everything is amazing about these puzzles. Thanks kindly

I ordered three as Christmas gifts. I was able to watch two of them get put together. The unique designs made the puzzles challenging yet fun. I couldn’t wait to order one for myself.

I have ordered several and love them. I gave some away as gifts and hope they loved them as much as I do. If not I WANT THEM BACK! I wanted to send a picture of the finished framed Heart puzzle but was not sure how to do that. Thanks again and will order more.

I have no direct experience with the company but was given a Size:Large/A3 11"X10" underwater "garden" scene puzzle "featuring" a sea turtle and I love it. I am no puzzle afficiando, can't remember the last time I attempted one, but since it was a gift from my son, I felt obligated to at least try. I found it quite challenging (I guess that's the point with puzzles) but was soon hooked. The puzzle piece colors were not quite as vivid as the picture on the box which slightly increased the difficulty but I was so proud of myself that I completed it in a couple of days and so mezmerized by the scene that I bought a simple Mod Podge puzzle saver kit consisting of white glue which drys clear & a small sponge brush. It made the puzzle colors just "explode." It's now displayed on a corner shelf in my dinning room. Couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY "PUZZLES UP". It took over three weeks to get to me (which they don't mention in their shipping charges) They are not a legit USA company, there standards are the lowest for returns, customer service, product, delivery times. If you actually have expectations then DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE AGGRAVATION OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY
