They are much stronger than the flimsy filters you find in your local hardware stores or chain stores. PurolaterAIrFilters.com is on my facility order only list!

Filters are smaller than they should be. I replaced as soon as I received them and the filter had openings around the opening.

Great price, good quality, and fast delivery. Knocked off a star because no tracking information was provided leaving me to just wait for the product to show up If there had been a problem, I wouldn't have known it Consequently, how long would I have waited before contacting the company? 1 week? 1 month?

Truthfully, the order was delivered to the wrong apartment in our building and the fault was the company's -a mix-up between us and someone who had ordered at our address previously. BUT the level of friendly, helpful customer service that took place even before I contacted them earned them 5 stars and my complete confidence. They initiated action to straighten it all out, which worked, and then called to follow up to make sure everything was okay. Rare in our world today!

Love ordering these filters for the year. It is a good way to remember to change them out too. I take a marker, and mark each one with every month January to December. I don't have to remember what order number I have when I go to the store, because I don't have to go to the store. Plus these filters are hard to find. I like these filters, because they are not to cheap and not too expensive plus my HVAC guy says the heavy duty filters make the system work harder. The box stores only sell the cheap, cheap version or expensive ones, not this one which is more efficient for my system and catches the dust and lint.

I am pleased with this transaction and will use this vendor again.
