shipped as said on time

No problem ordering these hvac filters on line, delivered in about a week in good shape to my home. Price was competitive for a great product.

Good price; shipping a little high; time to get product shipped seemed longer than usual; actual shipping time was 2 days here to NC, so that was very good.

Excellent very good service

They are a quick and very competitively priced company for furnace filters.

Took longer to ship but no hassles otherwise. Product was as advertised.

I ordered from Purolator because my newly installed 10 x 10 vents contained Purolator filters which fit snugly. I also ordered 20 x 20 filters with the impression that Purolator makes properly-sized filters which fills the entire opening of the vents. To my disappointment, the Purolator 20 x 20 filters are only 19.5 x 19.5. Why do you make a filter which permits all of the dirt to pass around the sides? 20 x 20 filters sold at Home Depot are 19.75 x 19.75. Even these larger filters do fit snugly, but they do not have a gap. So, why are Purolator 20 x 20 filters made so small?

Shipping delay seemed a little long, but received product as ordered, when promised.
