I didn't like that there was no tracking number; I had to email to find out when my order was to ship. I ordered a different size filter from Amazon (also an off size filter) and received it a week to ten days earlier than I received these. There was no problem with the product. It arrived in good shape about the time they told me it would arrive.

Great Filter, but due to its odd size (6x30x1) it took several weeks to get the filters.

Great filters. Got one when our system was put in our home and had bought another brand to replace it when the 30 days had past but decided that these were better and worked tremendously so when I saw that i could get a years worth for a good price I ordered them right away! Delivery was quick as well!
