This is the first time I am using disposable filters from your company since I just converted to refrigerated air. However, I researched filters and selected your company based on the results. The interaction with your company has been excellent and I look forward to rating the performance of your filters.

The pleat spacing and consistency is way off from side to side and filter to filter, as if blind drunk monkeys made this last batch. My order from 2015 was of much better quality, which is why i ordered from here again, but I'm not so sure I will do so in the future. Purolator oil filters have suffered quality control issues lately also. Not a good trend.

We are sorry to hear that the filter quality did not meet your expectations. We are working with the factory to correct this issue and ensure it doesn't happen again. We would like to send a free box of replacement filters that will hopefully meet your expectations of quality. Please provide your original order number and/or the name the order was placed under. Thank you!

I had expected the delivery to be a little quicker and the so called 1" thick filter is a misnomer. It is barely 3/4" at the frame and 1/4" thick in the media area. We will see how it works.
