My order came without surprises! In January, I ordered PurolatorFacet-Aire P312 filters, and they were sent out within days, arriving within 14 days by UPS, without a bend or tear in the sturdy box. ACS kept me informed of order progression, with UPS Tracking and emails. The correct size, all the filters in the box, look fine, and undamaged. I could only be more pleased, if they were FREE. I had a great 1st time experience with this site. I've used the P312 filters in my furnace for years; it has been a dependable and effective product for me, and one I'm happy to rate. Previously I ordered directly from the the manufacturer via phone. It's been awhile since last order, and using this website was convenient. I believe shipping and cost, were very reasonable. I plan to use this service again, which is my highest accolade.
