PureSleep definitely works, but only if it's properly set up. Specifically, it must be fitted to your teeth. At its core, this fitting process is pretty simple, but there are a fair number of little details that can be important. That's why we put a lot of time into developing our twenty page full-color illustrated instruction booklet. But don't let its size scare you. The basic fitting steps are pretty simple: (1) Figure out what type of bite you have and then assemble the upper and lower component in the manner specified for your bite type. (2) Immerse it in boiling water. (3) Remove it, wait a while, then put it in your mouth and bite down -- while holding your jaw in a "forward" position. That's really it...but there are a lot of little hints that can help you get the most out of your PureSleep device!
