Two weeks is certainly longer than it normally takes to fulfill orders. However sometimes something goes wrong. We're sorry that it took so long in your case. Normally, orders arrive in something closer to a week -- and much faster if you use expedited or overnight shipping.

For the first three or four full nights of use, it's normal to experience significant soreness, as your teeth, gums and jaw become acclimated to using PureSleep. Then it normally takes another few nights just to get used to sleeping with something in your mouth. However most people are certainly able to sleep with it from the very first night, so if that was not possible for you, it's possible that there was a problem that could likely be addressed by our customer support representatives.
