I was hopeful that this would be even…
I was hopeful that this would be even half as good as it looked in the advertisement. WOW! It works wonders. I have an 80 lb dog and two cats that shed 24/7 & 365 days a year, and even after vacuuming, they pick up fur the vacuum leaves behind, even the fur you don’t really see on what you are cleaning. I would recommend this to anyone with a dog or cat.

It’s great to know they’re picking up those hidden hairs even after vacuuming. Thank you for the wonderful recommendation and for choosing PurePath! 💛 Best regards, PurePath Customer Service 🐾

Avoid !!
I paid in full, then kept getting emails to say my cart was about to expire. 2 weeks later, 6 emails, and £22 down the drain and I can't get hold of anyone - but still getting emails from them about my cart!! Anyone have any suggestions to get hold of them????
Response from PurePathSep 30, 2026
You paid in full, then received repeated cart-expiry emails for two weeks while your order remained unresolved. You should not have been receiving those emails, especially while you were trying to get help. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order details so we can check what happened with the order and address the email issue directly.

Zero stars
Dreadful shipping times. The glove itself...what can I say? Don't waste your money. Colossal rip-off. Doesn't remove hair from car seats at all, and that's the main reason I bought this overpriced over hyped product. Rubbish. No different from any other similar product on the market
Response from PurePathSep 30, 2026
The glove did not work for you on your car seats, and we understand why that was especially disappointing given that this was the reason you purchased it. We’re also sorry about the shipping delay. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order details so we can look into this for you and help with your refund request.

Still haven't received my order
Still haven't received my order, horrible customer service hard to get in touch with anybody. Ships from overseas ordered over 2 weeks ago and still have not got it. Tried to get my money back and they wouldn't do that either. Will never order from this company again
Response from PurePathSep 30, 2026
Two weeks without your order and difficulty getting a response is not the experience you should have had. You also asked for your money back and did not get a resolution. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order details so we can check the status of your order and address your refund request directly.

Absolutely not
Absolutely not! I was going to purchase a cheaper version on Amazon but got hoodwinked by the advertisement saying that all gloves weren’t equally as effective. So I purchased the glove from Pure Path. Not only didn’t it work, like AT ALL, on either my vehicle upholstery or couch, but when I went to return the product, I was met with the same moronic response, even when I explained what went wrong: “We need either a photo or video showing the product not working,” WHAT??? When the glove didn’t work, I dug out the Shop-Vac and spent 30 minutes cleaning out my vehicle because I didn’t want dog hair in it. Pure Path will not refund my money because no photographic or video proof exists. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE!
Response from PurePathSep 30, 2026
You contacted us because the glove did not work as advertised, and you should not have been left without a refund simply because you had already cleaned the vehicle before being asked for photo or video proof. We understand why that process was frustrating, especially after you had already spent time trying to make the product work. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can address your refund request directly and help get this resolved.

This product and their guarantee is a scam...
This product is advertised as the PurePath glove to pull embedded hair from a surface. We tried it on numerous surfaces, vehicle seat, vehicle floor and couch. This glove didn't pull up hair at all . I contacted the company and sent them a video of the glove failing, for a full refund. After many attempts, I was told they will only give me a partial refund. What a scam this product and their guarantee is, don't fall for it.
Response from PurePathSep 30, 2026
You contacted us shortly after receiving the product and should have had your money back that week. Instead you provided video proof of the issue and were offered only a partial refund. Neither of those is how a 60 day guarantee should work. I apologise it took this. [email protected] reaches me directly.

This does not work as advertised
This does not work as advertised. Nor does the company guaratee the product as advertised. They are giving me the run around to return it.
Response from PurePathSep 30, 2026
You are right to expect the product to be covered by the guarantee advertised, and you should not have been left going back and forth simply to arrange a return. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order details so we can look into your return and refund request directly and help get this resolved.
