I'm sorry to see this Brent and I would love to know who you spoke with. We sent out a letter to all of our customers at the start of COVID 19 to assure you all that we would help as much as we can. Thank you for your review Joe. We do have pest control stations around property, thoroughly clean units after a customer moves out, and we have a strict no food of any kind policy to try to eliminate rodents, but sometimes they do sneak in. I am sorry to hear they got to your unit, and I have let management know to monitor the pest situation more closely so we can hopefully get them eliminated.
