While we are deeply appreciative of your timely notification that our storage locker had been breeched, it exposed the need for cameras inside the buildings to discourage such break-ins. Just a suggestion.

I am very sorry this happened to you. We take these comments and incidents very seriously, as your peace of mind is very important to us.

Despite a lot of challenges we face being out of the country, Misty and her staff have helped us in ways we wouldn’t have thought possible. Her honesty, kindness, and directness have made our using Purely Storage as THE best storage companies we have ever used(and we have used many, in several different states, for personal, moving, and for our corporation)! I have recommended Purely Storage to all my friends in SoCal, especially Blythe(over 60). I hope this facility prosper and I wish Misty and her staff will prosper and most importantly, be safe!

Thank you Chip. We are very proud to have Misty on our team.

Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Plus, I like the security of having to enter a code to access the premises.
Response from Purely StorageApr 21, 2020
Thanks JN, we love to see happy customers.

The facility is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. My problem is that I rented 2 storage units within days of each other and when we tried to sync the due dates for the payments, it didn't allow for the 1st 2 months's discount. Frustrating.
Response from Purely StorageApr 21, 2020
Thank you Tamara. Unfortunately our system doesn't allow for specials to automatically transfer when changes are made to an account, but our corporate office is always happy to help. I'm glad we were ablet to get this fixed for you.
