The manager Robin at the Merced facility was always helpful and courteous....and most importantly to me, she always answered the phone during business hours to help you! I’ve had many storage units both in and out of Merced, and have had trouble with each one at different times not answering their phones, so I have to drive to the office, sometimes only to find no one there! Very frustrating to me!
