Please let me apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this has caused you. I am so glad you found Pure Health's 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean at Walmart! We are honored that Walmart selected us to fill their need for this high demand, high quality product. Also, please know that supply is not the reason for the delay in shipping - it is simply a matter of manpower. We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz would be discussing green coffee bean last week and we have been doing everythin possible to continue to ship out orders in the order they are received. Laverne, Please let me apologize for your concerns. If you paid via Paypal, it is their policy to charge customers as soon as the order is placed; unfortunately, we have no control over this. If you purchase via credit card directly on our site, we do not charge customers until the order ships. Requests for orders have increased over 5000% since Dr. Oz discussed Pure Green Coffee Bean last week and we had no way of knowing this segment would air, so we were not able to prepare - we certainly wish we had! Please be assured we have plenty of Pure Green Coffee Bean available and all orders are being shipped out in the order they were received. We have increased our workforce significantly and are also working seven days a week to accommodate this unexpected surge in business. We anticipate being back on our regular shipping schedule of sending orders out within 24 hours of placement by the end of this week due to the additional staff we have hired. Please let me apologize for the inconvenience and I hope this will help alleviate some of your concerns and allow you to be patient with us as we work as hard as humanly possible to accomodate all requests. Leslie, I apologize for your frustration. We are a fairly small company that has been providing 100% pure coffee bean extract and other 100% pure supplements with outstanding service to all our previous customers. The recent Dr. Oz segement on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week and we have worked double shifts seven days a week to increase our staff and get all orders out in the order they were received. We have plenty of product and are scheduled to get all orders out this week! We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz would be promoting green coffee bean and therefore, we were not able to prepare before the show. We are very proud to have added many jobs for multiple companies (ours, our manufacturers, the US delivery services and others!) and hope that you can be patient and understanding as we work to accommodate each and every customer. Lynne, Thank you for your understanding of our situation! All orders that were placed via credit card have not been charged until they actually ship. However, if you paid via paypal, they do charge immediately and we (unfortunately) have no control over that. We only receive funds from paypal after the order has shipped. Hi Kim, You are correct! Walmart has chosen Pure Health's 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean to feature in their stores pharmacy sections! We are very proud of this and I am happy you found it there! We are processing all requests for refunds as quickly as possible, and I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. We have also been monitoring other companies that offer 100% pure green coffee bean and have found only one other company (Genesis Today), but even the companies that offer green coffee bean with additives, fillers and preservatives are experiencing delays in shipments or even supply! We DO have plent of supply, and our delays are simply due to us needing to increase our workforce by over 400% in the last week alone in order to accommodate this huge increase in interest. I hope this will alleviate some your concerns and encourage you to only purchase a 100% pure product, no matter what brand you choose. Thank you, Nancy

Patricia, Thank you for your comments. I understand your frustration that you have been charged before the product shipped, but this is Paypal's policy, not Pure Health's. If you pay directly by credit card through our site, we do not charge your credit card until your order ships. We have increased our workforce in the last week to accommodate all orders and will be getting all orders out in the order they were received. We anticipate being caught up by mid week. Karin, Please let me apologize for your frustration with communication. We have been working double shifts since last Thursday to accommodate all orders and requests and are responding as quickly as humanly possible. We have increased our workforce by 400% and are working seven days a week to ensure all customers are communicated with and all orders go out in the order they are recieved. I believe many other companies (even those that do not offer a 100% pure product) are experiencing the same situation and hope that full understanding of the impact of the Dr. Oz segement has had on our business. Hi Stephen, Thank you for your comments. I understand your frustration. When ordering with Paypal, it is Paypal's policy to immediately charge your credit card. If you order directly with a credit card, Pure Health does not charge your card until the order ships. I also understand your frustration with the delay in getting your shipment out. Our business increased over 5000% in the last week and we have increased our workforce by four times and working double shifts, seven days a week to accommodate all customers.
