Jim, Thank you for your comment and please let me apologize for your frustration. Please rest assured, we are not backordered - we have plenty of 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean in stock. The recent Dr. Oz segment increased our business by over 5000% in the last week alone and we are working double shifts, seven days a week to accommodate this unexpected surge in business. As the only on-line company to offer a 100% pure green coffee bean extract, we had no way of knowing we would experience this increase in business and we have been working diligently to respond to all customers as quickly as humanly possible and hope you will understand our situation. Martha, Please let me apologize for your frustration. As the only on-line company to offer a 100% pure green coffee bean extract, we have seen a 5000% increase in business in the last week alone! We have increased our workforce by four fold in the last seven days and are working double shifts, seven days a week to accommodate the increased demand and to ensure all orders are sent out in the order in which they were received. If you ordered via credit card, please be assured that your payment will not be processed until your order ships out. If you ordered via Paypal, it is their policy to process all payments immediately and unfortunately, we have cannot change their policy on this. Our standard ship time is 24 hours after placement of order, however, with this unexpected surge in business we are running behind. We have plent of product in place and with additional staff we anticipate being back on our 24 hour ship schedule by the end of the week. Jayne, Thank you for your comment. Dr. Oz does not endorse any specific brand, but since Pure Health is the only on-line retailer to offer a 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract, we have been inundated with orders since the show. We wish we would have known he was going to discuss the benefits of Pure Green Coffee Bean so we could have planned, but unfortunately, this is not the case. We are, however, working double shifts, seven days a week and have added 400% additional staff to accommodate this unexpected surge in business. We are shipping orders out every day in the order they were received and anticipate having all orders processed this week and then back on our regular schedule of shipping out within 24 hours of receiving all orders. Since we were not aware Dr. Oz was going to feature Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract on his show, we were not able to prepare for the recent surge in business we have experieced.
