With so many obese people in the world, and those who aren't but just want to loose weight. We all look for a new way to loose all that unwanted weight. So Let's all flock to the newest thing we have heard of. When I ordered maybe they weren't out of stock! But I did get an email appoligizing for the delay. I appreciate that. And I will patiently wait for my order to come in.

I too am extremely disappointed! When I went to their website to place my order there was NO disclaimer informing me that they were OVERWHELEMED, NO STOCK, etc., etc. At least one of the sites for the green coffee bean product let the consumer know that there was a huge backorder. Please, be honest with the consumer. If I had been aware that the product was not available I could have made a decision to order or not! Now, I am at the mercy of the company and their little explanation really doesn't do much for me!

Please rest assured that we have plenty of product in stock and we are not backordered, we have simply incurred an increase in business of over 5000% in the last week alone! We are adding staff daily and working double shifts, seven days a week to accomodate this increase in interest in pure green coffee bean! We were not aware of the Dr. Oz segement that was airing and therefore, we were not able to prepare beforehand or let consumers know at the time of ordering that we would be in this situation. Marti, Please let me apologize for your dissapointment. If you ordered over two weeks ago, you should certainly have received your shipment by now! Our delays only began when we were inundated with orders and requests as a result of the Dr. Oz show that touted the benefits of pure green coffee bean on the 26th. Since then our business has increased over 5000% and we have been increasing our workforce every day and working double shifts seven days a week to accomodate the unexpected surge in business. Our normal shipments go out within 24 hours of placement, but have been delayed over the last week. We do have plenty of product, however, with with the unexpected Dr. Oz segment we have increased in our staff and are working long hours every day to ensure we get all orders out in the order they were received. We anticipate being back on a 24 hour turn-around schedule by the end of this week. I hope this will help to alleviate some of your concerns and will be patient and understanding to work as hard as humanly possible to keep up with demand. Thank you, Nancy

I have been waiting almost two weeks but they wasted no time securing my payment with a shipping cost. I am being charged to ship something that hasn't shipped when the site stated they had plenty to meet the demand. If nothing by COB Monday, I will demand my entire refund, report them to the BBB and inform Dr Oz his name is being sullied.

The Dr. Oz segment that featured Pure Green Coffee Bean was a complete surprise to us, and please know that Dr. Oz does not endorse any brand of product. Pure Health happens to be the only on-line retailer that offers a 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract with no additives or fillers, so understandably, our business has soard over the last week and we are working double shifts, seven days a week, with added staff to accommodate the demand. Still waiting on order. They advertise through Dr Oz then say they have too many orders, obviously this "company" is not a company that provised pure green coffe been extract, they are a fraud and have one excuse after another, over 10 days to deliver this, and everyone is waiting, so I will be getting my $ back and ordering from a real company, I will also post to Dr Oz as well this company he "associates" himself with supposedly is a sham, which means Dr Oz is not actually believing what he puts on his program or he would have done research.

the people were nice when I called, but not very helpful about tracking the product. It would be nice to receive an email when items have shipped and their tracking number in order to know where the product is.

Karen, Thank you for your comment. All customers receive an e-mail with tracking information when shipped. We were not aware Dr. Oz would be speaking about Green Coffee Bean last week and have seen an increase in business of over 5000% since the episode. Please be assured we are doing everything humanly possible to get all orders out in the order they were received and anticipate being back on our regular schedule of shipping all orders out within 24 hours of receipt by the end of this week. I wrote my initial review (after placing my order on April 26) advising people to HOLD ON! My complete order arrived 2 days ago in perfect condition. This took a total of 14 business days. I order most things via the Internet and this wait period, although somewhat longer than some, is well within normal range. Considering their circumstances with the Dr. Oz fiasco, I would say this was speedy. I stand by my initial review and again urge others to HOLD ON! This is a company I will continue to do business with. Thank you Pure Health!
