I've recently purchased curbfit. Let's see if it works. But in saying that my husband is on the nerve regen it helps but with that it amazingly help control is blood sugar. This is a huge win for us. Less insulin even levels. I don't know how but thank you.

WE faithfully took these Green Coffee Bean Extract pills as directed. Both my wife and I gained weight , very disappointed with this product. We have since stopped taking and we are trying on our own to loss. Thanks for your concern

The Green Coffee Bean Extract is designed to help slow the release of sugar into the bloodstream. When blood sugars are low, the body is compelled to release and burn fat for energy, which helps with weight loss. The Green Coffee Bean Extract also helps to remove some of the excess toxins and stored fat in the liver. In order to keep the body hydrated and to help the body flush the excess toxins from your system, we suggest drinking 1/2 your body weight in water each day. You want to take your weight, divide it in 1/2 and that's how many ounces of water to drink on a daily basis. Hi Paul, Thank you for your review! Our normal dosage for the Green Coffee Bean Extract is 800mg (2 capsules) 2-3 times per day to help with weight loss. We suggest taking 2 capsules about 30 minutes before your largest meals of the day (usually lunch and dinner) with a large glass of water. Pure Health shipped fast however the Green Coffee pills haven't helped me... I am not losing weight. I take one every morning and every evening nothing has changed. I purchased 2 bottles disappointed they didn't work.

Hi Rebecca, I'm sorry you haven't seen weight loss on the Green Coffee Bean Extract! However, we suggest taking 800mg (2 capsules) before 2-3 meals each day. We suggest taking 2 capsules about 30 minutes before meals. We also suggest drinking 1/2 your body weight in fluid ounces each day. To calculate, just take your weight and divide it in half and that's how many fluid ounces of water to drink each day! This was my first purchase. I find it to be working. Just wish it came with a greater quantity option. Wasn't aware that I needed to take 2 caps a day.
