Website easy to use, but so far waiting on product to ship. Order placed on 4/30. I did receive notification on 5/6 that due to tremendous orders, that shipping is being delayed.

I ordered the green coffee bean extract that I saw on the Dr Oz show on 04/26/2012. At that time the item was shown as being "in stock" so I (like a lot of people) ordered it. I used PAYPAL, so I was charged immediately. My issue is this: When they started getting an amount of orders that they knew they could not ship in a reasonable amount of time they should have listed the item as "out-of-stock" instead of greedily continuing to take orders that they knew they could not service. I am ticked off that other people have received replies from this company, but as of this morning I received no status update what-so-ever from them, and the phone number on my order confirmation never even goes to voice mail. It seems as if it is disconnected! My advice is to avoid this company if you need quick service or communication re: the sale. *Update: Still no shipping date, no replies to my emails as of 05/12/2012. Company should consider "Fulfillment by Amazon" instead of trying to handle the order fulfillment themselves. What a joke.

I have placed an order, but have no idea when I am going to reeive my order. Most vendors today, take you through your order, shipping and delivery with emails and tracing information.

You are asking me to a rate a company and experience for which I have not received any product from ...yet. I did receive an email stating that they are having trouble trying to fill the orders due to high demand and they are working to get all orders shipped. That is the extent of my experience.

Well I have not recieved the product as of yet, its only been 7 business days and i was shopping at Wal-Mart and saw a huge display from Pur Health "Pure Green Coffee Beans" SAME STUFF I ORDERED ONLINE! No wonder no one has recieved thier products since they are supplying Wal-Mart with product first!

Can't tell you much other than that i have not received my order yet. It has been over one week and not even a shipping date has been given.
