NEVER REC'VD THE PRODUCT

I ordered my product a week ago today and it still has not shipped. I understand that there might be a large supply demand but there should have been some thing on the website letting me know if I order here it might be weeks before it ships or that it is backordered.

I ordered the green coffee bean extract 11 days ago and just like a lot of you, haven't received even a notification that it's been sent. I did get their email last week saying they had been overwhelmed by the response. I just called their customer service # and spoke with a very nice woman that verified my order still wasn't processed but was expected to ship today or tomorrow. She said they hired 10 extra warehouse employees and have been working long hours and weekends to get these orders filled. Also she said their warehouse was full of the product. I had suspected they had run out, but she sounded really sincere. I had planned to cancel the order but decided to wait it out.

They will bill you immediately but not ship that way. Its been over a week and its still not shipped but its been charged to my credit card...Be careful
