Ordered 12 bottles of the green coffee bean capsule and received my confirmation, but when I go to check on my shipment, there is not information that they have been shipped. I tried calling and the voice message box full is the only thing I get. It would be nice to know if I am getting this shipment or not. Would love to try this and have encouraged my friends to order, but am embarressed when they ask me when I'm going to receive them. Please let me here from you on this. Thank you Debra

How can I rate a transaction for an item that has not been received. It's been a week and a 1/2 since my order, I did receive an email tho stating that the item should be shipped soon and was late due to mention on Dr. Oz show.

HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT YET.

I ordered the green tea capsules, paid with visa, and gave shipping info. I still have not received my product. Shows a balance due, which I don't understand, and it does not show the item shipped.

I have not received my product yet due to overwhelming requests because of a television program. I was impressed that they did notify me within 4 days of my order that they were behind but had plenty of product and are taking all steps necessary to fullfill all orders as soon as possible. So we will see, but they get a great rating for communication. Ask me again after my order ships.

I haven't recieved my product yet, but 2 weeks after ordering I was highly dissappointed to realize (only after 3 attempts to contatct customer service) that IN STOCK items can take 2 weeks to ship. There is no information on thier website to indicated that there is such a long dealy in shipping product. Most internet companies ship from 1-5 days. Frankly, had I known it was going to take that long to ship, I would have ordered form another site.

Your Customer Services is very poor, you do not provide alternative delivery options. This is unacceptable in light of your very slow turn around time. I hope your product quality makes up for the poor service, that's the only way I'll would continue to patranize your company.
