Why would I receive this survey when the product that I ordered has not even arrived yet? How long does it take to ship something with this company? I recieved an email saying that they were working overtime to ship these orders out and I have still not received mine. I have ordered several items from 3 other on-line vitamin shops and recieved my orders in a few days to a weeks time. Not happy with this company at all.

Placed order on April 26/2012, still have not received order and when I check the tracking status, there is none. No date shipped yet or status, and it's May 7th. (11 Days). When I called to check on order I was told they were still working on orders from April 26......can,t imagine in this day of the internet that it takes this long before your order is even shipped let alone received. It only takes minutes to charge the amount to your credit card.....what would happen if you didn't process payment for 11 days?????

This is a second email I received from purehealth100.com since I made my order on Apr 30th. I was hoping to hear from them on the status of my order, but there is no update. I would suggest that they spend all their energy on fulfilling the orders to improve the satisfaction of the customers, NOT independent reviews and pointless newsletters.

Placed an order on April 30th. Have been waiing on my order. As of today NOTHING. They should have informed me that this product was on back order instead of me having to contact them.

When I actually get the product.

So far, my review isn't good. I have an order confirmation email Confirmation No: 558342956E (inv #84199) which I ordered on 4/29. Still don't have a shipping confirmation nor do I have my order. I'm guessing you guys are swamped with orders due to the Dr. Oz show...

No comment at this time, I have not received my product yet.
