I have sent them 2 emails requesting information of when it would be shipped. Their confirmation doesn't say. Invoice No. 94843

I still have no idea of when my product will ship out, as I had placed the order last week. In checking my acct on line, it shows no date of when it will ship. It took me two emails to customer service, for them to reply on where/when my item will ship and they still didn't give me a real answer, only to say that they have a high demand of this particular product. That is funny, considering the web site states that this product is in stock and ready to ship! They haven't gotten back to my last email, stating this exact point. I am very unhappy and will make a point to spread the word about this company!

I have ordered from other vitamin sites and it has never taken as long as 2 weeks to receive an order. I received a confirmation over a week ago that my order was received but have still not received a confirmation of it being mailed. I am not sure I will be ordering again from Pure Health. It is amazing to me that I have received an email to rate your site when I have not even received my first order.

I order an product from then web site through pay pal. I never received my order. When I went to the site and checked my order statis, they didn't have my order on record. I called the customer service number and no one never answers the phone. I don't like ordering from a web site and I can't never get through to the customern service.

Ordered products on 4/27, an just received them today, 5/17. I would order again if the company upgrades their shipping procedures. It would be helpful for customers to be able to track their orders. I think that's the problem most people had. Im glad my order finally came! Im sure in time everyone will get their orders once they catch up. Be patient. :)

Ordered on 4/27/12 as of 5/07/12 still have not received product. Unable to reach company by phone. It says mail box is full. I will not oredr from these people again

I have been patient due to the influx of orders from the Dr Oz show. It has now been 10 days since I ordered and paid. I have tried to call, but get a "this mailbox is full" message. I am frustrated.

So far my order which was placed on 4/27/12 has not been filled nor have I received any word about it arriving anytime soon....will give it until the end of the week and will then try to deal with paypal to hopefully recover the $. Not at all a reputable company and I would not do business with them!
