I find it odd that I'm being asked to rate anything, when a week later and my order still hasn't shipped. Please fill my order and then ask for my opinion. Otherwise there's nothing to rate and so far I'm not impressed at all by how long this is taking.

At least they sent me an email saying that the order would be delayed due to an increase in order volume. I ordered a product on 04/30/12 and it still hasn't shipped as of 05/07/12. I appreciate a company that takes the time to communicate.

I bought vitamins on here, got an email saying they are behind, but attempted to call for customer service and nothing! Oh, I bought them over 2 weeks ago. Still no product!

what can I say must be an invisible product

i have not received my order, nor do i see where it has been charged to my card yet.

I do not watch Dr. Oz at all - I ordered my items on 4-27 so I would have time to use them before my vacation.....well not knowing about the HUGE delay on shipping I will not get my items in time. NOT happy.

I emailed customer service to see when my order was being shipped. They didn't bother to answer. They took the money out of my bank account the day I order it and they can't answer when it will be shipped. I don't think I will order from them again. It's been 10 days and on there web site it doesn't show shipped yet.
