I just don't totally understand! I called this company when it had been 6 days and my order had not been sent. Very courteous gal told me that due to the Dr Oz program, they had been extremely swamped with orders. She even said they now had 2 shifts running to get the product out. She checked my order and said it would be shipped the next day or the day after that at the latest. Days later I received an email apologizing for the delay and saying they would send me an email when my order was shipped. Well, it's been 5 more days now (11 from original order) and I have not heard a thing nor have I received any thing. When I check my tracking it is blank for my shipping date. Are they really this busy???? Wish I would've ordered from someone else. How diasappointing!!!

I placed an order 10 days ago and just got an email stating thank for your order. So I am not sure if it's been shipped yet or not cause when I call to check the phone rings and then states the mailbox is full. so I don't know what to think yet accept that I am not happy.

I have not received my order and I can't get thru on the telephone.

The delivery time is too long.... I wanted to try a 30 day trial with this product but will not be able to reorder from your company because of the time involved. I will almost have to re-order before I start my trial.....

I orderd pure coffee bean extract about a week ago (along with the rest of America!). I began to wonder after a few days why the pending charge for the item disappeard from my online bank statement. I then recieved and email from PureHealth stating that there had been a huge increase in orders due to the product being featured on tv and that all orders would be processed and bascially that my order was not forgotten. It was very considerate of the company to do this. Its always kind of hit or miss when you order something online. I have not recieved my product yet, but I have faith that it will come in a timely manner .

ordered on 4/29/12 dont have it no info no ship?

I have not received the product I ordered. I am disappointed.

I do understand that Pure Health did not know that Dr. Oz would have this product on his show. By the way, Dr. Oz does not affiliate himself with any company. It took Pure Health over a week to send an e-mail stating that they were behind in sending out the product due to high demand. It is now nearly 3 weeks & I have not heard anything more regarding this shipment. Very poor customer service. I will not order from this company again.
