My order had not been shipped yet. 2 weeks.. expected it sooner.

I ordered on 4/30 ans still have not got a tracking # or product :(

When I purchased my vitamins online, the page indicated that they had the product in stock. Its the only reason I purchased the product that day. It has now been almost 2 weeks, and I havent gotten a shipped email yet. I feel I was misled. The page should indicate that the product is in high demand and that there will be a delay.

Unsure, I cant reach anybody via phone. I am trying to give this company the benefit thus far. The mail box states it's full which isn't good business since they are behind in all their orders. This states to us (the customers) nobody at the company wants to talk with customers...not good. Somebody needs to manage the phones as unpleasant as it may be. It's difficult when a small company gets too many orders in such a short time but at the same time customers should receive an estimate when their order should be shipped otherwise your reputation is tarnished. I see you have eliminated other opinions so other customers or potential customers can't view them. I am unsure how to rate the company thus far so I will state 2 stars.

Was not notified if order was shipped so had to send a email to find out the status of my order. My bank account was debited on 4/30 so I am assuming my order may have been shipped then. Will wait for an email response for a status update.

I ordered the pure green coffee bean pills. I did receive an email a week later apologizing for the delay because of the high demands. I'm just disappointed that it is taking this long. I still have not received an email stating that they have been shipped out, which means it will be even longer.

While I was informed of an inventory issue with my product, I still have not received it. It would be nice to have a tracking status on my order....

I placed my order on April 27, 2012, it is now May 7, 2012 and my order hasn't even shipped yet. When I placed the order it stated that the product was in stock, so what could possibly be the delay? Spoke to someone at the beginning of last week and they told me it would be shipped by that Friday. Well guess what it hasn't.
