I ordered this product as a first time customer. I appreciated the email advising me that the product had shipped. On the fourth day I received my order, very well packaged. I will definitely mark this company a "favorite".

I ordered product on 4/27/12, the product cost was deducted from my bank account, it is 5/7/12 and I have yet to receive my product - no email - no phone call - no NOTHING!!!. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!! Will definitely not purchase anything from this website again.
What??
Could not rate above 1 since I don't know and you gave no other choices. Trustpilot deserves the 1 star right now

They should not have taken my money if they could not fill the order when I payed for it. I still haven't received the product and it's about two weeks later.

I am still waiting for my products. Have sent several emails with no response. Have called numerous times and no answer. It has been over a month now and nothing.
