I made a purchase on 4/30/2012. It is now 5/7/2012 and while my account has been charged, my order has not yet shipped. I understand busy, as I am in business myself, but I feel that this is a little too long for an item to leave a warehouse. I will wait for this to come, but I am not sure that I will ever purchase from this site again. It would have been easier to take had I been told at the time of purchase that ther was a major holdup in delivery, but I have just been left hanging, not knowing when my order will come or even when to expect it to be shipped.

Just ordered my green coffee bean extract and can't wait to start seeing results.

I placed an order over a week ago and I have not received the item. I did not get an email confirmation for the shipping of the item and don't know who or where it is that I need to call to claim their super slow shipping.

They take far too long to process your order and ship. I placed my order two weeks ago and it just got processed and shipped and my card CHARGED Saturday 5/5/12. Ridiculous. If I knew I could have found the same product at Wal Mart I wouldn't have wasted my time or my money on processing and shipping.

I have not received the product I ordered. It was stated in an email they are working on getting a ton of orders filled but it seems it should have been done in this time

haven't received my product

i placed an order on april 30th and keep going to the website to see how order is progressing, i can find nothing. it shows i ordered and you took my money BUT that is far as it shows. I have received nothing including an answer to my inquiry about this matter. I will need to dispute the charge on my credit card and purchase this elsewhere C585462477

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my product.I haven't even received the confirmation that it has been shipped out. Waiting too long for product!
