My order was on 4/27/12 and I not received my order of 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract, as of yet, 5/7/12.

Have not received my order, this is not a good time to give an opinion when nothing has been done. Thank You Keith Fuller

paid via paypal on 4/29/12 and up to now i have not received my order. i saw them place their product (pure green coffee extract) on ebay with a next day delivery offer. why cant they do the same for us who ordered direct from their site? called many times but ends up with a recorded message. sent an email but no response too. i will still give them 3 days to respond or deliver my order. if they will not respond they i have no choice but to demand a refund. i have read many negative reviews about this company and it seems they have not done anything to resolve numerous complaints about them.

I closed canceled my order, so I do not know why I have received something saying thank-you for your order. I have not gotten an e-mail saying that my order was canceled. Your employee like to lie so I choose not to do business with your company. Thank-you very much I better not see any charges on my card. I do not want any parts of your company remove me from your e-mail & I do not accept any terms & conditions related to Trustpilot

I placed my order (month supply) on 4/28/12 and have not received a single word on when I should expect to receive my order.

Still waiting for shipment. I understand delay but this is getting a little ridiculous

Well it's hard to write a full review when I havent received the product yet (green coffee bean extract)...I am glad that the company has sent out emails explaining why the shipping is taking so long, which I do understand, just really want to get things started, hopefully once I get the product I can write a better review

No one reads email, no one answers phone.No attempt to reply to paypal complaint. I just want a refund for the product that was NEVER shipped. I already recieived a shipment from iherb.com, that I only ordered Friday, it was delivered today & cost less. What will it take to get a personal acknowledgement & refund please. I don't want to do business with you, no manners, no help, no service.
