I ordered from Pure Health and STILL have not gotten my order! They could at least keep me updated on my order!! I'm pretty p o'd!

I was happy about the online purchasing process, but it has be two weeks and my order has not been shipped and I have not been giving a reason for the delay. When I ordered it, it stated that it was available.

Ordered for the first time on 5/7. Rec'd email acknowledging order. Tried to status a few days later without success. Telephoned the 800 number and only received message that mailbox was full!! Sent Email and still awaiting response.

I ordered the green coffee extract and another item on April 27th, just now I recieved it. I emailed twice about where my order was. I tried 4 times to call all I got was the voice mailbox was full. On the May 9th if finally got thru to a customer service rep she said my ordered would be shipped out on Friday May 11th. Not so. It was shipped out on Monday the 14th. I will not do any more business on the internet with this company. The other day I was in Walmart and seen the same product and it was cheaper than what I paid. I did not get any email stating my order had been shipped. Which they said would happen when my order was ready to be shipped. Poor business. I would have given them 1 1/2 stars for my experience

I made a purchase over a month ago. They quickly toke my money and STILL wanting for them to ship my product. They rarely answer the phone and there is no voice mail service, and when they do answer they say they're backed up and well be shipping soon, still waiting!!! I think this company is fishy, and will be reporting them to the BBB!!!!!

I have not received my order so I cannot voice my opinion. Except that is has been almost a month since i have ordered and STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER :(

I have not received my purchase yet and have not received a reply from my email to customer service regarding the status of my order. I also called the number provided, but was unable to speak to anyone because the recording said the message box is full. This causes me great concern because this is my 1st purchase from this company. I hope everything is legitimate and that I receive my purchase very soon.

Ordered product back on May 1 or 2, today is the 16th and I still do not have my product. But you have my money! 1st follow call I actually spoke to someone...now I can't get reach anyone and your mailbox is full. I will never order from this company again.. I chose the 1 star because of the unacceptable and unreasonable delivery time. The ONLY time I spoke to a live person, she was very nice. The company deserves a negatitive star rating.
