Still waiting for my order 12 days later!
Where is my order? I received a confirmation but still have not received the product I ordered. This is the worst service I have ever received on line.

still don't have my order that was ordered on the 3rd of May!
I don't know if I will like the product or not but I know I don't like the service. Dosen't seem to me it should take almost 2 weeks to receive an order.

Where oh where did Pure Health go??
Placed the order on 4/27/2012 and have not yet received it. I emailed them, but got no reply. I called and was informed that the mail box was full. This does not seem to be a very reputable company.

Poor Customer Service, no, NO Customer Service
I ordered product from Pure Health on May 5th.....have not heard one word from them as to being out of stock and have not received the merchandise. I have a confirmation number so they know I ordered something.

no sign regarding supply being out
paid for product not knowing they were out of supply, I would not have paid for product and found somewhere else if I had known they were out of product, now cant get ahold of anyone and still know product...but they have my money!

3 and 1/2 weeks no product!!!
I ordered the green coffee bean, 2 bottles of it, almost $26 and I still haven't received it. Sent an email a few days ago and no response from that either. At the moment I will not purchase anything else from them!!

One Word. SUCKS
Well friend my order was placed and I received an email from you on May 4, it is now May 16. I was just wondering if you are ever going to ship my order. I will give you until May 18 on this order. If not received by that date I will contact my credit card company and have them refund my money. Now do you see why I think your company SUCKS. Thanks very much, (friend)
