I still have not received my order, but I received this survey on May 8th. It is not May 16th.

I did receive a general email from the company stating they were inundated working double shifts, etc.. but it has been 13 business days since I placed order....I received the invitation to review the company, before I even received the product.

I am waiting to receive the Green Coffee Bean Extract. Although I did receive an e-mail stating they were trying to fill the orders since it became popular on the Dr. Oz show, I am still waiting after 2 weeks. In addition, I sent an e-mail asking for a status update and I have yet to hear back.

never received items ordered, they do not respond to emails in any way.

I ordered my products and haven't recieved them. I can't get in touch with the company via phone or e-mail. They took my money and sent no products. Customers BEWARE!!! Finally Recieved my order on May 30th. I ordered on May 2, 2012. They did respond to an e-mail I sent and said they were just overwhelmed by orders. I will try the product, but I won't order through them again.

I've been waiting a while to receive my order. I decided to just cancel my order so I can buy it elsewhere but I've been unable reach anyone by phone. I understand there is a high demand but not being able to cancel my order is unacceptable.

My only complaint is that the company charges your credit card when they know that it will be 3 weeks before they will ship the items. I have never had another company do this. It is also hard to get through to customer service.
