Would not recommend doing buisness with Pure Health it has been 20 days since I ordered and I haven't even heard from them except from an email stating they got my order and another asking me to rate them but no order. Can't get them on the phone either. How's that for bad service. One star is too much!

Couldn't tell ya! I ordered items 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten it! I even sent an e-mail to find out the status and nobody has gotten back to me! When I tried to call several times, the mailbox was full! So far very disappointed! I hope this isn't a scam because they have my credit card info!!!!!!!!

I'm only giving three stars because I haven't tried the product yet and because I would have appreciated being informed when I placed my order that it will be delayed by three weeks. I placed my order on April 27th, received an email from the company on May 5th that they were working hard to catch up on the orders. Yesterday I checked the status of my order on the web site, and it stated my order shipped May 15th, and it arrived today. BTW, I didnot receive a tracking number so don't be alarmed if you don't receive one. I was very upset also, and was going to request my money back until I saw that the order had shipped. I decided to wait a few days and was shocked at how quickly it arrived. You will receive your order. God Bless

I have not received my order yet. If your product works, I will be hesitant to reorder, not knowing when or if I would receive it. I am very anxious to use this to help me lose weight along with changing my eating habits & doing water aerobics. Every time I call your customer service number it is busy. Hopefully you will respond to this & my order will arrive soon.

I placed a order on Apr 30 th 2012 this is May the 16 my order hasn't even shiped yet. Who knows if it's going to or not. Be ware of Pure Health LLC.

Placed an order on April 27th and still have not received. Received an email stating that product was in stock but that they were overloaded. Have not heard a word since. Have sent two emails requesting information and have not heard anything back. Tried calling but voice mail is full.

Your company advertised that you have the product in-stock all the time yet it took so long for you to get back to your customer and explained why the product has not be shipped. I cannot believed that what I paid for has not been shipped.
