I'm still waiting for my order as of 5 -4 have tried to Contact them to no avail & they have not tried To notify me about product as of yet. I'll give it another week And then contact paypal...uuuuugggh

I ordered green coffee bean extract on May6. Haven't received it as yet. Can't call customer service as their mailbox is always full. I am very disturbed by this.

I have not received my order yet. When I called 10 days after I didn't receive my order they told me that the order would ship in 12-14 days for an in stock item. This information should be noted upon placing orders.

It's been over four weeks since I have place an order with pure health and I still have not receive it! Can some one please tell me what is going on? I have called the number several times, there was no answer and the voice mail was unable to accept any more messages. Can some one from pure health please till me what is going on with my order?

Not real thrilled right now as I travel quite a bit and now have no idea when this is going to end up on my doorstep. The product shoudn't be available to order if they can't produce.

I ordered my product 2 weeks ago and still haven't seen it. Lacking in customer service and timely delivery.

I purchased Green Coffee Bean Extract from this company on 5/6/12. I received a confirmation email immediately, but no shipping information. At the time I placed my order, there was no disclaimer that shipping would be delayed or that the product was out of stock. In fact, the website advertised the product as being in-stock. Yesterday I sent an email asking if they had any idea when my order would be shipped. I have received no reply. I went on their website to attempt to track my order. All the information I could find was that my order has been placed. At this point I'm not sure when my order will be shipped. Very poor communication. Will not order from them again.

Haven't recieved anything. No word on what is going on.
