I ordered from this company on 4/26 and STILL have not received the item on 5/16. I try to call them but their voice mailbox is full. I have tried e mailing but I get no answer from them. I am trying to get a refund from Paypal and I will never order from these people again.

I ordered from you, got an e-mail confirming the order and then NOTHING. No, "your order has been delayed", no, "your order has shipped." You should notify your customer within 48 hours on the status of their order, shipped or delayed. I ended up turning you into pay pal because I could not contact you (your mailbox was full.) Unacceptable!!! Customer service is simple, just do it.

Package arrived in good order. Your email to let us know that delivery might be delayed was appreciated.

I have not received my order and it has been a couple of weeks now.

I put my order in almost 2 MONTHS ago, Pure Health took the money OUT of My Account and have NOT communicated with Me I do NOT have My order. I am disgusted. I do not know if I should contact the Better Business Bureau 1st or the Attorney General Office for that State. I don't even rate them 1 star I only did it because I had to.
