I ordered May 4th, here it is May16th and i still don't have my order of green coffee bean extract - 4 bottles. I never waited this long for an order. You should have a speedier system to get orders out and offer expedited delivery options. Why is your mailbox full? This makes you seem very untrustworthy as a company.

This Company is great. My order arrived earlier than I expected right to my door through UPS. I received exactly what I ordered without hassle and with no hidden costs. I will be ordering again next month for a new supply. Very reputable.

I am very unhappy with the customer service of this company. I have not received an e-mail nor a phone call regarding the order I placed on May 3rd. I do not know if it has even been sent out as of yet and when I call I hear the voice mail box is full. I do not know if I will purchase from this company again and I may even cancel my order if I do not hear back from them soon. For goodness sakes, I sell on Ebay and I know what how long it takes the USPS to move mail. Surely it does not take 13 days to get a product out the door. I ordered this product is good faith, thinking it would be a great buy. The money left my account right away but the product ha never been received. I call the company at the number listed and all I get is a message "mailbox is full". No person ever answers the phone. I feel like the victim of a scam. It's insulting and makes me feel stupid to think that I got taken advantage of like this. UNBELIEVABLE!!! The only saving grace is that the product was not an expensive item.
