I placed an order 16 days ago, they still have not shipped the order, or they don't have the product. I have e-mailed them 2x and no response. I guess I have lost my money & the product.

I have not received my order yet and the money was taken out of my account 2 weeks ago. I received one email that they were back logged, but have not received anything since.

Although fast to charge my pay pal account on April 27, 2012 (today is May 16, 2012) I have not recieved my order. I think this site may be a sham. I will be contacting Pay Pal to put in my complaint. Order number C58/09353E2

I ordered a product on May 2nd and received a confirmation e-mail and no further communication or product. I e-mailed them again on May 15th to obtain shipping information and still have no response.

I placed my order more then 3 weeks ago I haven't get it yet and send a couple of emails and they never respond . Bad Coustoner services . And very disappointed

well i placed a order with this company the begaining of may for a new product just came onto the market ok it must have taking me at 3hrs to get my order placed from there web site had massive trouble having the form to keep my names spelled correctly i did this on a number of computers and browsers all had the same result very difficult to place any kind of a order on line at this time second this company should have expect a serge in orders if a well know famous md doctor supports this new product so of course demand will go up tenfold of not more so this company shows that they can not meet high volume demands on orders cause in the end the customer only suffers waiting to know if or when if there order would even be shipped to them if at all as of this review 5/16/12 i have sent numerous emails to there customer service regarding my order not one reply back from them i have called customer service numerous of times same results pr worse the never returned any phone calls i placed to them concerns about my order so i have not gotten my order as of yet plus this company still failed to correct the spelling of my first name so for me as a customer companies should realize that first impression means everything in the business world . so my first impression is 0 =zero satisfaction on all fronts 5/22/12 update well i still have not got my order from pure health plus no e mails or phone calls regarding my order when you call there customer service dept just busy now or a constant ringing with no answer i think this company needs to get back on track mighty quick with all there dissatisfied customers first and for most plus they need to get more phone lines plus more employees to be able to handle high volume demand for any product cause this can happen with any product at any time just don't sit back and wait for a product get so demand and popular that you would not be able to handle it demand and have so many customers now very unhappy and very dissatisfied i hope that they would learn there lesson as for me i have contacted help me howard a consumer reporter in nyc that help's people out like us where we ordered a product which has been paid for already and yet still cant get our merchandise somethings a miss here what i have no idea hopefully someone can get all of us some satisfaction in the end.

I am unsatisfyed.I never resieved my pills i ordered. Made several phone calls left my number message n order number n no one called me back..I am very dissappointed..
