I ORDER THE PURE COFFEE BEAN EXTRACT AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT YET. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE APRIL 27,2012. I HAVE CALL THE 1888-323-9355 ALL I GET IS MAIL BOX IS FULL I ALSO SEND A EMAIL. AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDE BACK. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN IT HAS BEEN A BAD EXPERIENCE

I put my order in and other than this survey, I have had no contact whatsoever. Nobody has contacted me to let me know if the product is in stock, is being shipped, or if it's on backorder. Nobody was rude because I haven't spoken to anybody. I would appreciate it if my order could be expedited as speedily as possible. I doubt whether I will use this service again.

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get my product that i order and still have not yet recieved it.

I too ordered the Green Coffee supplimnet after watching the Dr. Oz show. I was excited to start it and then the wait began. I received an email from the company telling me that they had no idea that Dr. Oz was going to feature the product on the show and were totally overwhelmed by the response. When another week went by I emailed again and got an immediate response from Stacy saying that my product had shipped and she was again so very sorry for the delay. Listen. most of us had never even HEARD of this stuff until that show. This is a small company and they have probably received more orders in one week then they get all year! Let's give them a bit of a break here. The product will ship and everyone will get it and in the meantime, you can all go out for a nice healthy walk to jump start your weight loss. THANK YOU Pure Health for working so hard to make so many people happy. I appreciate your responses to my inquires and will do business with you again.

I placed an order on April 27, 2012 (PayPal) so the money was immediately taken. As of today May 17, 2012 I have not received the merchandise or any reponse to previous emails and phones calls go unanswered. I filed a dispute though PayPal and have reported them to the BBB. A simple back ordered email with an expected ship date would have satisfied many people.

I ordered 2 bottles of the green coffee bean extract on 5/3/12. I waited until 5/17/12 and checked on my order. The so called "Customer Service" link came back saying there was no record of my confermation #. I emailed, and have gotten NO response. I have called and got a mailbox is full, we have filled orders from 5/27(?) and a "all curcits are busy". I will order from someone else and let Dr Oz know this appears to be scam.

I never recieved my order. I placed my order on 5/4/2012. I paid for it the same day. I never recieved it. I called the 888 number and got a message saying that the mailbox was full.

i recently purchase two items and have been charged for the items thru pay-pal, a number of days after i submitted my order. I received a confirmation from Pure Health with information regarding the shipping of these items (i.e, expected delivery OR the shipping/tracking information.) I submitted an email to Pure Health yesterday regarding the on-line survey with the intention of giving them a heads up about the lack of information on my order. I HAVE Still NOT heard from anyone with information regarding my order. I really want the products ordered, but it seems they leave me no choice but to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. This definitely casts a shadow of doubt on their actual products.
