I like many other people ordered the green coffee bean pills from this company. I ordered on 4-28-12 I received an email on 5-05-12 saying that they would notify me with updates on my order and shipping and tracking infomation. Today's date is 5-17-12. I have tried the phone which gives you a recording saying the mailbox is full and I have emailed all for not! This company needs to keep their customers informed of the progress of orders. This is the worst shopping experience ever! My first and last time to order from this comany!

I ordered my supplements on April 29th and have yet to receive my purchase. This is outrageous and ubsurd.

Although I made an order three weeks ago, I SITLL have not heard from the company or received the order. VERY disappointed in the company.

I ordered a few weeks ago and still waiting for the product to arrive in the mail. When I called they said it would take up to 3 weeks! Please have that stated when we're palcing a order so we have an idea of when to expect our package! I was suprised to have an actual person on the other end of the line!...nice touch! Miss that personal connections these days.

I haven't received my order and I haven't heard a word in reply to my email stating that it has not been received.

I ordered my product on 4-28-12 and still have not received it. When I call the customer service line it tells me the mailbox is full and no one ever answers. I have emailed the company and have never received a response. I would never do business with this company again. I am out $63.00 with no product and no way to get a hold of the company. I think it is a giant scam!

Hopefully they work as promised - if so you will see a new order in a few weeks.

I placed my order about 3 weeks ago. I was charged for the order the day I placed my order. Then days later they credited it back. I contacted Pure Health about my order after a week of silence, but I didn't recieve a response whatsoever. I was charged again a few days ago and I finally received my order today, but one of the bottles did not have a seal on it. I've just contacted Pure Health again. Let's see if they'll respond.
