I ordered the green coffee extract on April 25th and today is may 17th and I've yet to receive my product!! The money was debited from my account same day as purchase and I was given a confirmation number for my order so I can track it bit I can't track it!! I'm very unhappy with this! Don't buy anything from this site!! It's all a scam!!

I ordered the pills on the 3rd; only one email stating "busy" with orders. I did notice the company has displays up in retail markets! What about your mailorder customers? My mistake was paying up front!

You said delivery would be 7 to 10 days it's been 3 weeks. You charged my visa account for something I did'nt recieve. All I got when I called you was your message that you can't recieve anymore calls because your book is full I guess I'm not the only one you stuck it to. Well I guess you have ALOT of unhappy custermers out there. You should make this better as soon as possible. And if you don't have it in stock SAY SO. It's my FIRST time doing buisness with you please make it right or it'll be my LAST and EVERYBODY I know.

Because the company was slammed with orders it didn't expect, it took longer than normal to receive the product I ordered. But, it came, it works and I appreciate all the hard work and agony the company went through to get the product out. I will order from them again.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my package. The website states that you can track your order, but nothing populates under order status. If I would have known this would have taken so long, I most definitely would have rethinked ordering from PureHealth.

Even with the understanding that the company was overwhelmed by orders the Dr. Oz show generated. Also, was told that I would receive an email when the order shipped, but that never happened. I followed up after 3+ weeks and never received a response. Good finally arrived yesterday but communication definitely needs improvement.

I can't really review the product because I haven't received it yet. It's been 3 weeks.

I was a bit concered that my order was taking such a long time but I was very please with the customer service i received - they explained the amount of exposure they had received from the Dr. Oz show and I cant imagine the impact that would have on a little company like theirs!! Power to small companies and we shhould all support!!! Received my order and will order agian! Thank you!!
