Still have not recieved order, placed my order on the 5th and its now the 17th and the product still has yet to be shipped per there website. Was impressed when I read about the company online however I'm starting to wish I had ordered from another online company :(

It's been 15 days since ordering & I still haven't received my package & from what I can see, it hasn't even been shipped yet....received an email to inform me that the delay is due to a Dr. Oz segment on green coffee bean, & if that's the case, then they should at least send the other stuff I ordered & then send the green coffee bean when they restock or just refund it......I think I'll be looking for somewhere else to order if I decide to continue with these products.

I received my product a few days ago, have started taking it and I decided to reorder to make sure I did not run out. I like a company that is honest and lets you know up front that they are a small company and will need time to adjust to the massive orders they have had to process. I truly believe that Dr Oz both helped and hurt them by unexpectly advising there TV viewers about the benefits of Pure Green Coffee Beans. Thank you Pure Health for being out there when you were needed.

I put in an order when apparently a million other people did as well. They put disclaimers up on their Facebook as well as in email and I DID get my product as promised. It can take a couple weeks to get stuff just when you order on eBay or amazon so you can't give them grief for a huge influx of orders causing a delay. I did dock a star though because of communication. They could have at least sent a mass email as soon as they knew things would be backed up and they need to find a way to get an automated message when you call saying someone cannot come to the phone or with something other than being told their mailbox is full. The product was shipped, I got it when they said (after getting the notice on Facebook about the delay).

I ordered product on 4/27 and it finally arrived today--20 days later. I never received a shipping confirmation #, but when I checked my order status online, it stated that it shipped on 5/14. I never received any email that it had shipped. I just got it in the mail today. I am giving this company the benefit of the doubt and believing what they said through this whole process. However, I think as an act of good will towards all of us potential repeat customers, a 10% off coupon for future orders is the least they could have done.

I order a simple order of Green Coffee Extract from them over a month and a half ago and I still have not received the purchase or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT FORWARD THE PRODUCTS, THEN SEND YOU CONSTANT SPAM TO RATE THEM! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!

I cant contact you and I'm afraid I've entered a very slick elaborate scam center. Perhaps you might want to contact me? I have no trust left for you.
